Much of our work involves a coaching approach of some sort. We coach entire organisations using our CAREFUL programme approach and we also coach at the group or department level using our teaching and development sessions. We expect to undertake a good deal of individual, one-on-one coaching in order to deliver our results.

We realise that not every organisation is in the right position to consider a complete CAREFUL programme programme. We are therefore happy to provide personal and group coaching to board level directors and hospital managers. This is not likely to deliver results as working with the whole organisation, but it can nonetheless be a very effecive way of improving the culture of an organisation.

All our individual coaches have recognised coaching qualifications and many are also clinically qualified. Where possible we offer a choice of two or three coaches to our clients to ensure a good fit between the two.
