as a PDF) show the results
of two example staff engagement
surveys undertaken
before and after the CAREFUL programme.
Each 'segment' identifies an important aspect of performance. Each shows the degree of agreement by leaders and non-leadership staff about the state of the hospital.
It is clear from the 'before' slides that both of these hospitals had problem 'we and they' cultures - where leaders and non-leaders disagreed. There was general pessimism about the state of performance
The 'after' slides show that there is now improved alignment and agreement that performance has improved.
These survey results are in line with the financial results which, for commercial reasons, we cannot publish.
