Our flagship product is a seven stage tailored programme of cultural change - a curriculum of training, coaching and experiential learning which improves the capability of every member of staff, from shop floor to boardroom.

The programme delivers results: improved staff satisfaction, patient outcomes and financial results.

We call this programme the CAREFUL programme. The programme is delivered by clinically qualified people who understand the issues, challenges and stresses of the ward and the clinic.

As well as working with hospitals, we also provide tailored programmes for primary care providers and an accelerated programme tailored to the rapid implementation of health informatics (IM&T) programmes.

We also provide a range of complementary services. We can help you measure and learn from the patients’ experience and from cultural surveys. We run leadership seminars in-house, provide workshops on collaboration using the Hospital Game as a vehicle. We also run leadership development courses.
